Our Wild Jump fitness classes have been specifically designed for fun while torching calories and building strength. Since we have air conditioning, you will be comfortable throughout your workout. Our cafe is stocked with healthy pre and post-workout snacks to keep your energy level high- you’ll need it!
Wild Jump – Pure trampoline fitness
For great trampoline fitness classes, our Wild Jump programmes are designed to help you burn fat and build muscle while having fun exercising. Pure trampoline fitness uses big movements to make sure your body is working hard!
Wild Jump Strength – Trampoline fitness and Titan Bag exercise
The Wild Jump Strength class uses a variety of approaches, from our trampolines to Titan bags and even strength drills, to make sure that you get the most out of your workout! Using every muscle group, you can exercise while having a bit of fun too!
Wild Jump Cardio – Trampoline fitness and RMT club exercise
For a cardio boost, our Wild Jump Cardio fitness class combines conditioning with RMT club exercises. A simple but effective class, you’ll never have had this much fun exercising! With only fitness equipment and the trampoline, you’ll be working hard to burn fat.
