Jump In Grip Socks have been designed for your safety on the trampolines and as we cannot guarantee the safety of other socks, they are a requirement for jumping in our arena. Once you purchase your Jump In Grip Socks they are yours to keep and you can bring them with you every time you return to Jump In for a discounted rate. Please ensure that your Jump In socks have been washed and rubber grips are in good condition.
Jumpers over 18 may be required to provide ID.

Grip socks must be worn for your safety and hygiene. Grip socks can be purchased at the arena. No belt buckles, clothing studs, loose jewelry, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the trampolines. You must also ensure that your pockets are empty so that you don’t lose anything while Jump Ing or risk injuring yourself or others with pocket items. Finally, no special clothes are required, but we recommend wearing comfortable and breathable clothes.
If you have signed an online waiver, this lasts for a year. However if you have signed a paper waiver, this only lasts for the day that you signed it so it’s best to sign an online waiver when you can.
To ensure the safety of all guests at our arena, we do not permit outside food and beverage except for babies and toddlers.

Jump In is committed to providing a safe Jump Ing experience. Our arena has been especially designed with safety in mind and our staff is fully trained to prevent accidents as well as respond to them when they do occur. Like any sport, injuries can and do occur. However, injuries are rare and usually quite minor. A recent study of trampoline parks across the US found an injury incident rate of 0.02%, with the most common injuries being trampoline burns and bruises. Following our safety rules dramatically reduces your chances of injury. Please read the full details about our safety measures and rules.
An arena is a trampoline park over >30,000 sq ft. A larger space allows for more trampoline-based fun experiences for you to enjoy!
Jumpers under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Parents can submit the waiver online, but if it has not been submitted online then the parent must arrive with their child to sign the waiver in person.
Jumpers under the age of 13 must have an adult present in the arena. Please note that there is no charge for supervising adults who are not jumping.
Jump In provides an exhilarating experience for jumpers of all ages. Our arena is equipped with a special mini jump area for toddlers aged 1-5. There is no maximum age, but all visitors should jump within their own personal physical limitations. Note: Children 3 years and below only have access to the mini jump area at peak times, all other times they can use the whole arena. Children 4-5 years can choose either the mini jump & soft play area or open jump.
