Our Wild Jump fitness classes have been specifically designed for fun while torching calories and building strength. Since we have air conditioning, you will be comfortable throughout your workout. Our cafe is stocked with healthy pre and post-workout snacks to keep your energy levels high- you’ll need it!

Wild Jump – Pure trampoline fitness
Taking part in our Wild Jump fitness classes will help you to burn fat and feel great about yourself! Using big movements, your whole body will be working hard to increase muscle and give your metabolism a boost.

Wild Jump Strength – Trampoline fitness and Titan Bag exercise
From jumping on trampolines to using Titan bags, our Wild Jump Strength fitness class will hit every muscle group and shape your body while you have fun in our trampoline arena!

Wild Jump Cardio – Trampoline fitness and RMT club exercise
Using a combination of trampoline conditioning and RMT club exercises, the Wild Jump Cardio class is designed to get you working hard. With light fitness equipment and our trampoline arena, it’s a fun take on exercise!
