General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Jump In. All members of the party should be made aware of, and accept, these Terms and Conditions Jump In reserve the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any point. Any persons using the trampoline facilities must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian. Activities involving trampolines are not without risk and misuse may result in serious injury or even death. All participants must watch our safety video and review all rules prior to their participation and on every subsequent visit. Our rules and safety video can be found on our website as well as on our premises. Participants should only jump within their own abilities. Pregnant women may not jump due to the risks it can pose to the unborn baby. Anyone using the facilities agrees to follow all safety rules and follow the directions given by the Jump Marshalls. Failure to do so may result in an individual/group being asked to leave. Grip socks must be worn by all participants at all times while on the trampolines. Participants opting to bring their own grip socks acknowledge that these are subject to inspection by Jump In staff and, should they be deemed as unsuitable, a pair of Jump In socks must be purchased. Children under 5 should jump in the designated area and must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Our trampolines are subject to a maximum weight of 20 stone / 127 kg / 280 lbs. Participants over this weight will not be allowed to use the trampoline facilities. We ask that all participants wear appropriate clothing during their visit and we reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who are dressed inappropriately. Participants are requested to remove all jewellery, belts and watches before bouncing. Pockets must be emptied as loose objects can pose a hazard should they fall out during their trampoline session. Mobile phones are not to be used by anyone who is using the trampolines. Spectators are welcome to take photos/videos. Anyone found causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures and fittings within the park will be asked to leave and may be asked to pay to have the damage corrected. Jump In accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property while visiting the site. Vehicles parked within our car park are parked at the owners risk and Jump In take no responsibility for loss or damage, however caused. Jump In reserve the right to refuse admission to individuals and groups if we believe that allowing admission will cause damage, harm or distress to people already within the site or the sites facilities. The Duty Managers decision is final in these cases. Jump In reserves the right to change or cancel activities at any point and with no notice.

Booking Confirmation / Party Terms and Conditions

Booking confirmation: A booking will only be classed as confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent from Jump In. You must let us know, as soon as possible, if there are any mistakes in your booking confirmation. Latecomers may not be permitted to jump and no refunds will be offered in these circumstances. Refunds and Cancellations Individual bookings are non refundable and non transferrable. Where an individual decides not to participate, is not allowed to participate, or is asked to cease participation, no refunds will be made. Party terms and conditions: Party bookings may be cancelled, at no charge, providing we receive at least 14 days notice. Cancellations occurring with less than 14 days notice may be liable for charges to cover costs already incurred by Jump In with regards to the party. Party bookings are subject to a minimum booking of 10 people. Parties of fewer than 10 people will be charged at the minimum rate based on 10 people. Additional people can be added to your party providing we receive more than 7 days notice and providing that we have the space required to accommodate the additional guests. Groups are requested to arrive in good time for their party. Groups arriving late may not receive their entire time within the arena.

Golden ticket terms and conditions:

The prize: The winner at each of our UK locations gets the park for 4 hours on a Sunday of their choice in January 2019 between 4pm and 8pm for up to 100 people. Socks. Staff. Buffet food all provided. No additional expense required from winner other than travel to and from the park. No cash alternative. Conditions of entry: (a) One golden ticket for the purchase of an ‘open jump’ for jumpers aged 5 and over between Saturday 20th October 2018 date and Friday 30th November 2018. (b) ‘Open jump’ does not include birthday party guests but does include the birthday party child. (c) We call it a ‘golden ticket’ as the leaves are golden during this time of year. (d) 5 and over age restriction due to health and safety relating to jumpers age 5 and under not being able to use the main trampoline arena when older children are jumping. (e) No restrictions on the number of open jumps purchased during the period or golden tickets per person. (f) Every golden ticket has the same chance of winning, but this is not a game of chance or lottery as the winner must exercise a degree of skill. The winner will be decided on Saturday 1st December where a panel of independent judges will review ‘jumping enjoyment and skill’ captured by on site cameras for the first ticket drawn. On site camera footage that records all jumps for health and safety reasons will be kept during the qualifying period and used to demonstrate the ‘enjoyment and skill’ by the winning ticket holder. (g) Restrictions – not available to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. (h) Closing date for entries is Friday 30th November 2018. (i) Winners will be asked to participate in post event publicity – likely to be no more than a photograph and quote that can be shared on our website, social media and with local media outlets. (j) The winners will be notified via email on Saturday 1st December 2018. The winners must claim their prize within 30 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. To obtain details of the winner please email marketing@gojumpin.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading within 4 weeks after the closing date. (k) Every entrant who secures a golden ticket from an open jump purchase will receive a pair of Christmas Elf socks whilst stocks last. To collect your socks, visit Jump In during December 2018 and show your golden ticket which can be exchanged for one pair of socks per person, not per ticket. (l) No purchase necessary – write enclosing a stamped address envelope so that we can send one golden ticket per written request with name, address and tell us in no more than 100 words why you enjoy using your trampolining skills at Jump In.
