Nasa’s scientists did studies showing that jumping on a trampoline is 68% more effective than jogging, and requires less effort. By just doing 30 minutes of trampolining twice a week you can improve your upper and lower body strength, and increase your metabolism. Helping you feel less guilty about the cheeky chocolate bar you ate at lunch.
