Cannot praise Jump In Enfield enough for their handling of the health and safety of their customers. We visited and found the staff, new policies and procedures to be very effective. Staff were visibly sanitising equipment, monitoring hand sanitising, tables were distanced and staff were extremely attentive. Well done to all involved in the organisation of a fun and safe day back at Jump In! Paula, Enfield
Well done jump in! We came this evening and we were super impressed at the measures you put in place to meet covid guidelines. We were easily able to socially distance, everywhere was spotless and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Keep up the good work :) 👍Rebecca, Warwick
Jumping is a low-impact activity that improves core strength (including stronger bones, better posture and increased leg strength); cardiovascular fitness and cognitive development in children (including coordination, mental strengthening, enjoyment and self-esteem).
Regular trampoline exercise has also been proven to increase metabolic rate, helping the body process nutrients more efficiently and reducing the risk of osteoporosis by increasing the density of our bones.
