Our Wild Jump fitness classes have been specifically designed for fun while torching calories and building strength. Since we have air conditioning, you will be comfortable throughout your workout. Our cafe is stocked with healthy pre and post-workout snacks to keep your energy levels high- you’ll need it!

Wild Jump – Pure trampoline fitness
Make sure you’re working hard with our Wild Jump trampoline fitness classes. Focusing on your aerobic output and fat burning, the class uses the whole body to improve muscle tone and have a bit fun too.

Wild Jump Strength – Trampoline fitness and Titan Bag exercise
Moving between the trampoline, Titan bags and strength drills, the Wild Jump Strength class makes sure you’re working hard! Hitting every muscle group in your body, burn fat and feel stronger with our trampoline fitness class.

Wild Jump Cardio – Trampoline fitness and RMT club exercise
Our Wild Jump Cardio fitness class uses both conditioning and RMT club exercises to burn fat. We use light fitness equipment to offer a bit of variety when it comes to working out. Have fun while you follow our cardio routine!
